Iguala Kitchen, a bustling food truck in Garden Grove, CA, is the brainchild of two friends with over a decade of restaurant experience. Their shared passion for quality food shines through in every dish they serve. From the vibrant tacos a la carte, featuring options like asada, al pastor, chicken, and carnitas, to the tantalizing shrimp tacos with poblano lime aioli and cabbage curtido, each bite is a celebration of flavor and authenticity.

The Rolling Sushi Van Japanese Food Truck is a well known premium Sushi vendor in the South Bay. Not only do we bring you the freshest of ingredients and healthy Japanese cuisine, but Rolling Sushi Van also travels around in an Eco-Friendly Way. Our Mercedes Sprinter Van runs on "Blue-tech Engineering" with a diesel fuel engine and propane generators. So please follow our Van for a “Green” experience! Rolling Sushi Van is also available for food truck catering- let us bring the fresh fish to your event!
